  This isn't my favorite Starbucks. I live across the street but will usually drive to another one location. The people are nice enough but my mobile orders are never done right. For example, I'll order a drink with no whipped cream and get whipped cream. If it happened once, whatever, twice even, but it's every time and someone claims they weren't paying attention. Seriously, it's every single time. They are constantly out of ingredients for some of their top drinks that I wouldn't even have bought had I known. I'm actually going out of my way to go to another Starbucks right now, just to make sure my drink is made correctly.
  
  Again, people are nice enough. Super slow if you don't order mobile but you'd have a better chance of getting it right if you go in person. Go to another location. I avoid this one 99% of the time.

  This store overlooks the walk-in customers to fill all the call in orders. I had to wait 20 minutes today for a bacon Gouda sandwich. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

  This is right at Virginia Sq metro stop.  You can often find street parking, and yay, two handicap spots are available on Fairfax side.  It is pretty small, has only one restroom (cannot be sure you won't wait) and some hard hard chairs, and hard ass high chairs for the bar. They do have a side that is cushioned but if you are with friends, someone is sitting on a hard ass seat, unless you are outside (seating is making me take away one star).  Staff is great, service is great, location is great. However do not come with a bunch of friends unless it is nice weather outside because of seating setup and it always has customers.  But I love being able to drive up and get a handicap spot and drop in for coffee. It is usually fast enough I do not feel the need to mobile order. Okay so have to
  update how awesome barista Nikki (spell) is.  She is always there when I drop in and unreal level of cheerfulness!!

  Come here every Tues to Thurs morning. Never greeted by name. Always get the exact same drink and pay the exact same way-w/my Starbucks card that has my name. I have lots of "stars" I redeem for drinks but this morning when I told cashier I wanted to redeem stars for drink (and I always have my own mug) she charged my card money (no discount for using my own mug) instead of redeeming stars. Now I'm wondering how many times this has happened. I'm already a bit perturbed with this location because I've received much superior service at other Starbucks-it's not that hard but oh well it's location is convenient. Nothing special here; they get you in and out. Don't look for it to be a happy place to start the day.
